Over $120M of sales in 2021

We have achieved over $120M of sales in 2021. Check out our sales details for December month & the details of properties.

We’re seeing fantastic results fatefully coincide with a huge year beginning to wrap up. November’s high note ending saw us achieve a monthly record of 22 transactions - the best performance so far in our ten years’ tenure.

Starting December strong, we exchanged on five properties this week: 802/53 Hill Road, Wentworth Point (1 bed), 202/1 Park Street North, Wentworth Point412/27 Hill Road, Wentworth Point (2 bed), 502/9 Baywater Drive, Wentworth Point (off market, 2 bed), and 22 Nurmi Avenue, Newington. Nurmi Avenue reached an incredible $1,855,000, the highest amount achieved for a four bedroom home in the area this year.

As we move into the final month of 2021, we can expect an organic wind down in market activity as people prepare for Christmas, and some signs of this temporary shift are already appearing in our reduced volume of enquiries and inspections.

Despite this, our sales results have peaked at record levels, and such high performance demonstrates the quality of buyers whose search is continuing throughout this holiday season. We’re still working closely with those who are financially qualified to purchase now, and planning to as soon as the right property presents itself.

Yet again, Wentworth Point’s median price took another jump over November, this time taking one of the largest monthly leaps documented all year, and evidently on track to end the year with another increase.

You can read more about November’s sharp median rise, and the performance of our surrounding suburbs in our November 2127 monthly report.
