Our sales performance till October. We have exchanged over $100m worth of property so far this year. Check out more about our sales & property details.

We’ve reached some major milestones, closing 20 sales over October for our highest performing month on record, setting four new building records, and exchanging over $100m worth of property so far this year.

This week the momentum continued with the exchange of five properties 605/1 The Piazza, Wentworth Point, 315/21 Hill Road, Wentworth Point605/20-24 Epping Road10/17-21 Russell Street, Strathfield, and 4/36 Russell Street, Strathfield

We knew that the removal of restrictions was having an immediate and positive impact on the unstoppable force of buyer activity, and the evidence is now in. We recorded a substantial 63% increase in our property attendance and engagement numbers over October compared to September, with the team taking 531 groups through homes - that’s 318 more, and a clear indication of just how many active buyers are about in Wentworth Point.

The suburb’s median price has again surprised nobody with its further increase over October. Continuing its steady upward trajectory for the twelfth consecutive month, climbing to $733,600 (+$2,600) from September.

It’s important to do your research before you purchase. We make it easy for you with our exclusive insights into the Wentworth Point market and its performance in our October monthly report.
