We’ll help you buy and move by Christmas

It’s not too late to find your next home, we'll help you buy a new home & move by Christmas. If you are actively looking for a dream home, let’s chat now.

We dove straight back into open home inspections this week, and crowds of potential buyers flocked to join us. Taking through 160 people across 21 properties in the last ten days, there’s clear indication that those in the market to buy have welcomed back in person searches, feeling comfortable, positive and excited to be part of this booming market.

We experienced explosive results again this week, exchanging on four properties, all of which we successfully linked with buyers off market - opportunities made possible only through our ongoing relationship with those looking to purchase now. Soon joining our growing list of properties sold this year are 319/14 Baywater Drive, Wentworth Point (2 bed), 606/51 Hill Road, Wentworth Point (1 bed), 202/1 Half Street, Wentworth Point (1 bed) and 601/10 Burroway Road, Wentworth Point (2 bed).

601/10 Burroway Road is a strong example of the significant level of competition properties are consistently drawing. Secured by a buyer in an off market negotiation we helped facilitate, its first and only open home attracted  a number of competing offers from multiple buyers after we brought through 17 groups and issued six contracts.
It’s not too late to find your next home and move in by Christmas. For those still searching, there are three weeks left to secure a property with a standard six week settlement. If you are actively looking, or thinking about making a move before the new year arrives, let’s chat now about your buying criteria so we can help you avoid any delay.
