Connecting more buyers than ever off market

We have a diverse selection of properties to cater to an array of buyer’s budgets & living preferences. We’ve connected 37 buyers this year. Read more.

Spring is upon us, and we’ve experienced an incredibly strong start to September, exchanging on six properties - 678/4 The Crescent, Wentworth Point, 231/25 Bennelong Parkway, Wentworth Point, 429/26 Baywater Drive, Wentworth Point, 505/19 Hill Road, Wentworth Point (off market), 607/18 Corniche Drive, Wentworth Point (off market), and 810/11 Wentworth Place, Wentworth Point (off market).

429/26 Baywater Drive spent just eight days on the market before selling for $733,000, attracting a number of offers from multiple buyers who displayed great interest in it. With significant buyer urgency and competition driving quick sales of the few properties available, many are spending very little time on the market.

These factors are also having an impact on the growth rate of prices. 607/18 Corniche Drive sold for $33,000 more than a comparable property in the same building, with the same aspect and outlook, which sold a little over a month ago for $760,000 (301/16 Corniche Drive).

We still have a diverse selection of properties to cater to an array of buyer’s budgets and living preference, and will be bringing more to you and the market over the coming weeks. For those that are actively looking to purchase, reach out and make regular contact with us so we can ensure you’re one of the first to see off market opportunities as they arrive. We’ve connected 37 buyers - more than ever- this year to secure a home with efficiency and ease through expertly guided, off market sales.
