Two waterside gems hitting the market

We exchanged two properties over the last week - 301/4 Nuvolari Place, Wentworth Point and 802/47 Hill Road, Wentworth Point.

Within a lockdown environment that is set to continue into the coming weeks, the positive sales activity and trends we examined in last week’s monthly July report remain. This week saw 11 sales in Wentworth Point, compared to five new listings, and a fall in active listings to just 94 in total as demand consistently outstrips local market supply.

A large component of sustained buyer confidence can be attributed to people now prioritising their own proactive research on the market, and gaining the knowledge to take well-informed steps towards the right purchase. This insight is coupled with higher savings deposits, greatly helping many reach their home ownership goals quicker.
