We’ve had a strong week - exchanging five properties - with 604/1 Half Street secured off market by one of our buyers before its first open home.

The exchange of 210//27 Hill Road marks another one of our highest prices achieved in the waterfront estate this year, raising the bar for two bedroom, one bathroom, one car space apartments within an appealing waterside location. We’ll let you know how much it sold for, once the cooling off period is completed. 

Across the river, we exchanged 1004/42 Walker Street in Rhodes for $1.11M, an amount $90,000 more than the same unit two levels below it, which sold less than two months ago.
