Lightning fast exchanges on opportunities

We exchanged four properties this week at Hill Road, Waterways Street, Ave of Oceania & Jersey Road. Check out the property details, price & location.

Properties are moving very quickly, and buyers are transacting with a level of confidence that is a strong, contributing force in the rapid pace of the current market. We exchanged four properties this week:

210/41 Hill Road - Exchanged off market

904/5 Waterways Street - Exchanged off market

109/6 Ave of Oceania - Sold in 7 days

4B/24 Jersey Road - Exchanged in 10 days

210/41 Hill Road was exchanged within a week, and immediately after its first open home. It was secured by a buyer after their first weekend of property hunting in the area, faring successfully up against other offers from multiple buyers. Previously listed for sale with another agent for 170 days, the property was professionally presented once our team took carriage of it, and resulted in a quick sale.

904/5 Waterways Street was another off market success this week, exchanged before its first open home to a known buyer we had been working with for some time. The swiftness of transactions like this highlight the value of buyer and agent relationships, where keeping in touch and up to date with our team ensures that opportunities present themselves to you, before they reach others.
