Five exchanges in four days

It has been an even bigger week than our last, with five exchanges taking place over the past four days.

 

Three Wentworth Point homes are now off the market with the exchange of 203/53 Hill Road (one bed in Broadwater) after a nine day campaign, and 703/3 Waterways Street (two bed in Quarterdeck) lasting just eight, drawing significant interest from a number of interested buyers, while 345/2 The Crescent (two bed in Lipari) became the ultimate summer BBQ backdrop for one new local resident.

 

8/548-568 Canterbury Road, Campsie (one bed) was snapped up as a first home, and 55/1 Timbrol Avenue, Rhodes (two bed) lured a buyer with its stylish space and wraparound courtyard.
