Beginning the sales year with a bang

Our first open homes for 2023 have commenced with explosive interest from potential buyers, seeing 140 groups through 13 homes last Saturday - the largest turnout in over twelve months.

If this beginning to the sales year tells us one thing, it’s that people are ready to put their property ambitions into action immediately, with great confidence and little deterrence when it comes to what the property market has to offer.

This week we launched and exchanged the private, suite-like haven at 1508/1 Australia Avenue, Sydney Olympic Park (2 bed, 2 bath). A little bit of luxury with scenic views of the harbour skyline and Olympic parklands, it’s no surprise this home lasted less than a week on the market.

Another two exchanges saw 1/3-5 McArdle Street, Ermington, a three bedroom townhouse achieve a result above its price guide after attracting multiple offers; and 407/2A Mark Street, Lidcombe, a versatile, quality one bedroom home with study, snapped up.

We’re here to help bring your property dreams to life this year. Let’s start the conversation about what you’re searching for, so we can get to work.
