Celebrate Father's Day with us on Saturday

Consistency is key in any market, and this week’s exchange of 504/21 Verona (two bed in Yukon) and 708/2 Waterways (two bed in Zen) brings our monthly results on par with last month’s, and our sales for the year to 89.

We’re well on the way to tipping triple digits before the year closes, and despite attendance figures at open homes dropping in line with fewer properties available to see over August, those we’re connecting with are prepared to buy, strongly reflected in our unchanged sales performance.

While the market has shown some signs of softening and interest rates continue to climb, the extent to which it has changed must be considered closely for a more accurate and full picture of the current environment.

We take a closer look at the full context of property price movements, and examine the resilience of apartment dwellings in our 2127 August market report, here.

Looking to elevate your lifestyle this spring season? These three new listings deliver the full lifestyle package you’ve been waiting for: 311/12 Nuvolari Place, Wentworth Point - two bed in Alora, with brilliant north east aspect, peaceful privacy and access to Pulse Club facilities;

518/2 Betty Cuthbert Avenue, Sydney Olympic Park - one bed by Meriton with spacious open plan living and dining area, resort style amenities including indoor and outdoor pool, gym and sauna; and 7/337 Beamish Street, Campsie - three bedroom corner apartment in a boutique block with roomy open plan design, large balcony and walking distance to a vibrant cultural hub of cafes, shops and Campsie train station.

We’ll see you this Saturday from 11am at 1 Baywater Drive for our inaugural Father’s Day sausage sizzle. Families and all furry friends are welcome!
