The Wentworth Point properties reaching premiums

This week's property exchange details of Chidiac - We’ve been busy working with buyers & exchanged four properties. Check out the property details.

We’ve been busy working with buyers, making sure the homes we bring them are only the most suitable lifestyle fit.

This week, four people exchanged on the property they’d been hoping to make their next home: 108/4 Baywater Drive (two bed, two bath, one car space, courtyard apartment in Corsica - off market for $860,000); 804/10 Burroway Road (two bed with partial water views in Regatta - off market); 2/128A Wilbur Street, Greenacre (renovated, three bed family ready duplex); and 311/46 Walker Street (central and spacious one bed in Rhodes).

2/128A Wilbur Street which was originally scheduled for auction this Saturday, has sold prior for $885,000. The refreshed and family-ready duplex proved a promising future for one young and growing family who were successful in taking their leap as first home buyers.

The waterfront estate of Wentworth Point has delivered spectacular results once again with the off market sale of 108/4 Baywater Drive (two bed, two bath) achieving $860,000. Marking the third property we’ve sold in this building over the last few weeks, it’s evident that living spaces with a combination of indoor and outdoor settings such as courtyards, coupled with close proximity to the foreshore, are hugely appealing features quickly drawing a premium.

Quality trumps quantity with this week’s two new listings - 301/46 Amalfi Drive, an oversized one bedroom sanctuary in Messina for first home buyers seeking space; and 230/2 Half Street, a radiant two bed in Atlas with a versatile, wraparound balcony and affordable strata you can’t look past.

Transport for NSW has launched a virtual engagement tool to capture citizen feedback on stage 2 of the Parramatta Light Rail. With planning and development work now underway, it’s important you have your say on the preferred routes here.
