Wentworth Point still full of Active Buyers + Community Updates

We specialize in connecting our clients with the best properties available in their area. Check out our other community updates & sold property details.

Our local marketplace is still brimming with active buyers looking for the right home to make their purchase, and we’re ready to help connect them with their perfect property.

We’ve completed 13 off market exchanges so far this year, as buyers remain confident to move quickly and secure property prior to their sales campaign launching to the wider public.

This week we exchanged two properties: 603/26 Footbridge Boulevard (one bedroom in Sirius), and 7/242 Blaxland Road, Ryde (one bedroom), marking the sixth sale our team has made in the last seven days.

The Wentworth Point Peninsular Town Team has conducted a survey of local residents, with over 400 participants sharing their feedback on the importance of various services and infrastructure in Wentworth Point. The survey aims to capture a clear and current picture on what the most important issues are for our community, and will be used to help progress the delivery of future development and infrastructure plans. The results are published in full here.

We’ll be closed this Monday, April 25 2022 for the ANZAC Day long weekend. If you didn’t catch a moment to dedicate to your property search over a busy Easter, this weekend might present a quieter opportunity - and we have plenty new properties to show you:
402/41 Amalfi Drive (one bedroom in Paros); 201/1 Park St North (one bed with courtyard in Regatta); 704/51 Hill Road, (oversized one bed in Broadwater); 705/18 Footbridge Boulevard (two bed in Sirius with partial water views); E308/1 Gauthorpe Street, Rhodes (large two bed with oversized winter garden overlooking park; and 14/9 Carilla Street, Burwood (bright and airy two bed with two car spaces, centrally located).
