The future of improved connectivity confirmed

Read how the upgrade of Hill Road at Sydney Olympic Park will open up improved connectivity to Wentworth Point & impact the property market in the area.

We’re pleased to confirm the Hill Road upgrade at Sydney Olympic Park has received formal approval. Transport for NSW will now work towards finalising the project’s design, set to improve connectivity to Wentworth Point and surrounding suburbs by providing easier access to Parramatta Road and the M4 motorway.

Improved infrastructure to Hill Road has been a topic of discussion for many local residents who are keen to see the changes improve road conditions for pedestrians and drivers alike by alleviating congestion and traffic flow issues, making access into and out of the suburb easier and safer. The project will make Wentworth Point an even more desirable and central living choice for buyers, and is set to commence in 2023, taking approximately 18 months to complete. This week we exchanged 344/2 Mill Park Street, Rhodes - the perfect blank canvas ready to be transformed into something truly special, offering a naturally stunning space with picturesque water views from its large outdoor terrace.

We’re listing some serious properties this week, and the upcoming Eater break is the ideal time to delve deeper into your property search. Let us take you through: 39/27 Bennelong Parkway (one bed in Spinnaker with excellent privacy - a great entry level apartment); 105/27 Hill Road (two bed in Corsica with massive 70m2 entertainer’s courtyard, refreshed interiors, and study alcove); 901/1 Footbridge Boulevard (two bed in Broadwater with top floor privacy, low strata, and walking distance to shops); 604/1 Footbridge Boulevard (one bed in Broadwater with sleek floorboards, a bright north east aspect and low strata); and 1901/3 Mooltan Avenue, Sydney Olympic Park (an easy one bed with stunning water and city views).
