Our 8th off market sale this year, 702/41 Hill Road proved to be a hugely popular home we privately shared with 11 groups. Before we had the opportunity to open its doors to the public, a buyer we’d been assisting in their ongoing property search secured it, instantly seeing themselves living in its privately set position over parklands, and atmospheric entertaining zones.
