Catering to a growing community

We exchanged 4 properties over the last seven days in Wentworth Point at St North, The Piazza, Tennyson Road, Mortlake, The Promenade. Check out the details.

Our market continues to attract serious buyers who are steering strong results, as we made four exchanges in the last seven days: 605/1 Park St North, Wentworth Point (two bed), 201/4 The Piazza, Wentworth Point (two bed), 18/86-88 Tennyson Road, Mortlake (two bed), and 102/23 The Promenade, Wentworth Point (one bed).

With Park Street North exchanged off market, and the Promenade after its first open home, we’re still seeing many who are qualified, informed, and on the search for a home simply waiting to make their move on the right property in Wentworth Point.

As the suburb continues to thrive, NSW Department of Education has released a project update on the new Wentworth Point high school being developed to cater for the growing population in the local community. The high school is set to accommodate 1,500 students, and includes a multi-purpose hall for sports and performance, landscaped recreation areas, games courts and other state-of-the-art facilities that are set to make it an excellent local choice for young people in the area. Construction is expected to start mid 2022, and we’ll keep you updated on its progress.
