How occupiers add value to Wentworth Point

Majority of homeowners are now living in Wentworth Point. This attributes to its growing infrastructure, connectivity, amenities, & lifestyle. Know more.

Potential purchasers are not wasting any time in putting their best offers forward, which is reflected in the two properties we exchanged this week - 210/20-24 Epping Road, Epping which spent 9 days on the market and attracted significant interest, and 614/19 Baywater Drive, Wentworth Point, a one bedroom with spacious study zone, appealing to many looking for a property to accommodate their long-term working from home arrangement.

The landscape of homeownership has shifted dramatically in Wentworth Point in the last couple of years, with an overwhelming majority of owner occupiers now living in the area. Of the 132 properties we sold in Wentworth Point last year, 97 were owned by investors, and 84 of these sales were to those with plans to move in.

The increasing ratio of people buying into the area is likely attributed to its continually growing infrastructure, increasing connectivity, amenities and outdoor lifestyle appeal, with more owners providing an advantage that greatly benefits the suburb as a whole. Owner occupiers are more likely to have a genuine interest in the maintenance and upkeep of their building, and active involvement in advancing the local area and community more broadly.

With our open home attendance continuing to rise each week, we’ve met clear signs that buyer activity is only moving upward. Last Saturday we saw 92 buyers, the highest number so far this year as people confidently continue the search for their next (or first) home, with us.
