The property search continues for many in 2022, with active buyers eager to secure something now and gain a headstart on the new year. We’re already beginning to see signs of similar conditions to those we experienced in 2021, and as new buyers join the market we can expect significant competition and urgency to be the driving forces behind sales once again this year.

This week saw our first property exchange for the year with 412/37 Amalfi Drive, Wentworth Point selling after its first and only open home. The property drew serious offers from four separate buyers, starting our sales on a high note and showing just how much demand still exists.

This amazing result has been coupled with high attendance and enquiry levels, as our first open homes for the year attracted 60 groups across nine properties. These figures are expected to increase in the weeks ahead, along with enquiry levels which are another strong indication of buyer interest. We’ve had 112 individual enquiries since the year began, with over 60% of these in the past week alone.
