Our property manager was Dannica who was absolutely fantastic and she went the extra mile with everything including getting our bond back and fixing issues in our apartment. Great experience as a tenant! My property manager, Bo Zhang, has been very accommodating and responsive to all my communication, including maintenance requests. I feel like a valued tenant. The rest of the team were just as good if they had to step in when Bo was unavailable. Highly recommended! We just moved to the area and must say that our previous experience with retail agents in Sydney was a disaster, so the expectation with Chidiac was not the best one. However, our manager Daniel Gagliardi has quickly made us to forget the past with a state-of-art customer service. To give you an idea, within the bustle and hustle of our move, we closed our unit with the keys inside and no spare on hand, a 3 months baby outside, no phone numbers to call, running out of battery at 18:00PM....a little tragedy building up and luckily were able to phone Daniel, who left everything behind and appeared in front of us within few minutes with a set of spare keys. Thank you Daniel for your proactivity and empathy towards your customer´s needs! We highly recommend Daniel Gagliardi as a manager to take care of your needs if you choosing Chidiac Realty.

Chidiac Realty was referred by a friend of mine to manage my property. Very impressed on how they conduct business and with their professionalism. Sevil Doydu, my property manager and Jon Chidiac, know what they are doing and very good at it. Recently, current tenant sent the notice to vacate and, I was provided with the best advice on how we should move forward to secure the new tenant. Result of their efforts paid out within 2 weeks, even prior to end of the notice period. I would also mention about the outgoing tenant who, looked after the property really well and Sevil Doydu, property manager from Chidiac has been outstanding during the course of the lease term to make sure tenant and landlord had their interests looked after. I'm a tenant of a property managed by Chidiac Realty. In my 2 years of occupancy, my dealings with them have been nothing but pleasant. My emails were responded to very quickly and any issues were dealt with very promptly. They are very professional in their communications which I find very rare now that I am a unit owner and dealing with another property manager. When I had to break my lease, everything was handled professionally and timely ensuring that my break lease costs were minimised.
